Yes nerds, we have our younger Albus Dumbledore. Warner Bros. has cast their charms and conjured up perennial handsome fella, Jude Law to don the half-moon spectacles of the greatest headmaster Hogwarts has ever known. 

This casting was unexpected, as Jude Law was definitely not on the radar. Personally, I was hoping for Dumbledore V.1's son, Jared Harris to take on the role, but this comes as a most welcomed surprise. With alleged scumbag Johnny Depp playing Gellert Grindelwald, the studio absolutely needed someone people really like, who can act and Law fits the bill.

Nothing against Eddie Redmayne, who was damn charming as Newt Scamander in FB1, but most of us are only sticking with the next two films to see the infamous Dumbledore v Grindelwald smackdown that's coming and we're all more than curious if Dumbledore's love for Grindelwald plays out in an on-screen romance.
