How Could It Be Worse? The Snyder Cut To Stream On HBO Max!

Hello nerds!

After years of hashtags and fervor, the fans that have been calling for the release of the "Snyder Cut" of can celebrate. The fabled Justice League movie is indeed officially happening.

During a Q&A with Zack Snyder on Vero, the director was asked when his version of Justice League would be released. And he revealed “Zack Snyder's Justice League” is the official title and it is being released on HBO Max next year. In one form or another.

According to a report from THR, the Snyder Cut could either be either a four-hour movie or six individual chapters. Plus, the original cast and crew are returning to put the finishing touches on the Snyder Cut.

As it stands, Snyder completed 100% of principal photography and was in post-production prior to his exit due to a family tragedy. Joss Whedon then took over directorial duties and promptly did a huge amount of re-shoots; removing the bulk of Snyder’s vision from the film. The results of which some of us have seen, and most did not care for.

All in all, from what we’ve seen stills and artwork we’ve seen from the Snyder Cut definitely has me interested to see what his vision for the Justice League is. There’s very little chance it will be worse than the dreck Joss Whedon farted out. So, we could be in for a fantastically entertaining experience with the “Snyder Cut" of Justice League.

The only issue that an awesomely badass Snyder Cut could cause would be what to do about the change of who’s playing the Dark Knight. If people fall in love with Batfleck, what would that mean for Robert Pattinson’s Batman? Personally, I was quite looking forward to seeing RBatz fighting crime in Gotham, before joining the JL.

HBO Max launches on May 27, 2020.
