It's Danny Vs Davos: K'un-Lun Style In The New Trailer For Marvel's Iron Fist
Hello nerds!
It's official. We're finally going to see the fight between Danny and Davos, that determined who would face Shou-Lao, and become the protector of K'un-Lun as The Immortal iron Fist. I can't friggin' wait.
The new trailer for Marvel's Iron Fist on Netflix features Danny Rand and Colleen Wing out for a lovely stroll, when Danny starts having flashbacks to the bloody fight between himself and his best friend turned enemy, Davos, as they battle for the right to face Shou-Lao the Undying. You know, the dragon.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention that as they are fighting to see who could become the Immortal Iron Fist, both are wearing the classic costume. Let Them Fight!
Shit yeah man. From the looks of things, the new and improved Danny Rand from Luke Cage Season 2 is here to stay. Hats off to Cheo Hodari Coker for fixing A LOT of the issues that plagued the first season of Iron Fist. Danny was more relaxed and carried himself more like what comic book fans were expecting. And as far as the concerns about Iron Fists's lack of matrial arts skills, Marvel turned to a familiar face to fix those problems.
During Sand Diego Comic-Con, it was revealed that Black Panther fight choreographer Clayton Barber was the stunt coordinator for the entire second season of Iron Fist. Fucking yes. Black Panther has some of the best fight scenes in the MCU, so Barber is the best person to make Iron Fist look like a badass. And speaking of SDCC, the Iron Fist panel featured a heavy dose of awesome spoilers for the upcoming season.
All in all, I think the second season of Iron Fist will be a hell of a lot of fun.
Season 2 of Marvel’s Iron Fist premieres on Netflix on September 7, 2018.

It's all about the good, the bad and the weird from this year's San Diego Comic-Con. The WB/DC films are finally taking a page out of the Marvel book and making some fun movies with Aquaman & SHAZAM, the new season of The Walking Dead is shaking things up with a few major deaths & "talking" zombies and The Crimes of Grindelwald could actually turn out to be a great movie. #InSpiteofJohnnyDepp
