I don’t know about you, but I for one own the movie and will still likely check it out on Netflix. And maybe you should to because it is going to be one of the last ever new Marvel movies to hit the streaming service.

Netflix’s deal with Disney is over in 2020, and starting next year, Netflix will not have rights to any new release from Disney. Which means anything new from either Pixar, Lucasfilm or Marvel will likely be available for streaming on Disney’s own service.

So starting with Captain Marvel, all of the MCU can likely be found on DIsney+, alongside the new shows for Scarlet Witch and Vision starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, The Adventures of Falcon and Bucky starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan, and Tom Hiddleston as Loki in his own series.

As of yet, the future of the “Netflix MCU” shows of The Defenders is still unclear. Although, I’m sure they’ll all be found on Disney+ before you know it.
