Jordan Peele's Return To Horror Is Utterly Terrifying. Here's The Trailer For 2019's Us

Hello nerds!

Get ready to mention Jordan Peele’s among other horror icons like Stephen King and Wes Craven, because his latest film will surely cement his status as such. Not only is the writer and director of this year’s horror smash hit, Get Out, developing a revival of The Twilight Zone, but he’s also been hard at work on what looks to be another fantastically creepy horror film.

In the trailer for Us, we see Black Panther stars Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke, play a couple who take their kids on a nice trip to the beach with some friends, and as they do in horror films, things horribly wrong. Later that night at the family’s home, they are visited/stalked/haunted by the “bizarro” versions of themselves; whom Peele revealed he calls “The Tethered” (not nightmarish at all). And from there things to completely off the fucking rails.

Hang on folks, because this trailer is truly scary and I am so very much looking forward to seeing this film.

Us is in theaters on March 15, 2019.
