The dynamic duo of Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are back together in an all-new comedy-horror series for Amazon Prime Video, and the trailer reveals the series is exactly as you’re picturing.

Truth Seekers is about a team of paranormal investigators whom while travelling around the UK hunting ghosts, stumble upon a conspiracy that could bring about the apocalypse. Sounds like the kind of laugh riot we’ve come to expect when Pegg and Frost are involved. And considering Frost wrote the series with Nat Saunders and James Serafinowicz, this could be a hell of a nice treat for the Halloween season.

Let’s hope the series turns out to be wildly popular, so there’s another season or two.

Truth Seekers starring Nick Frost as Gus, Simon Pegg as Dave, Samson Kayo as Elton, Malcolm McDowell as Richard, Emma D’Arcy as Astrid, and Susan Wokoma as Helen premieres just in time for Halloween, on October 30th on Amazon Prime Video.
