Phase 4 Starts Off With A Bang In The Final Trailer For Marvel's Black Widow
Hello nerds!
We’ve got the last look at the first film from Marvel’s Phase 4, Black Widow, and it looks like it’s going to be a great one.
From director Cate Shortland and starring Scarlett Johansson, the film takes place between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War, and on top of serving as the first solo outing for Natasha Romanoff, this movie will also go a bit deeper into her origin story. Plus, there will be plenty of the usual Marvel spectacle and ass kicking, as the Avenging assassin goes toe-to-toe with a new villain; Taskmaster.
For those unfamiliar, Taskmaster is a super-assassin, who can copy the fighting styles of anyone. For example, in this trailer alone we see Taskmaster fight like Black Panther, Hawkeye, Captain America, and Spider-Man. So, if there’s anyone out there who can give Natasha Romanoff a hell of a good fight, it’s this masked baddie.
Marvel’s Black Widow is set to hit theaters on May 1, 2020.
