Radical! Here's The Trailer for Wonder Woman 1984
Hello nerds!
The trailer for DC’s Wonder Woman 1984 has been released, and much like the decade it’s set in, the movie should be totally awesome. Director Patty Jenkins and star Gal Gadot are both back, and the trailer is chock full of fantastic.
We see Wonder Woman kicking massive amounts of ass and lassoing freaking lightning, we’re introduced to the villains in Barbara Minerva (Kristen Wiig) and Maxwell Lord (Pedro Pascal), and coming back from the dead (spoilers) is none other than Steve Trevor (Chris Pine). Plus, Wonder Woman suits up in her Golden Eagle armor. It’s so damn awesome.
The DC live action movies are looking to continue the string of success they’ve had with Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Shazam in the “connected” universe. So, maybe seeing Robert Pattinson join the League isn’t too far off if Batman’s next reboot is successful. We can dream.
Wonder Woman 1984 hits theaters on June 5, 2020.
