Student Vs Teacher, V.2? New Star Wars: The Last Jedi Footage Teases A Showdown!

The Star Wars Twitter debuted another trailer for The Last Jedi, and while it's actually pretty heavy on new footage, the most puzzling bit comes in the form of a potential Luke vs Rey fight. "Holy shit!", indeed.
I know the brief tease of a Rey and Luke battle royale is likely nothing more than a ruse, but damn. How long into the film before Luke to begin to trust his padawan? Personally, I think it's more of a "youngster talking some shit to the old gunslinger to get him to prove to himself that he can still jedi" moment than it is a rehash of Kenobi vs Vader, especially given the precarious position our oldest living jedi is in during the footage. I don't see Rey as the "strike them down" type.
Elsewhere in the trailer, we get some awesome looks at Finn flying and his smackdown with Captain Phasma, Poe staring out of a window, Kylo Ren throwing a tantrum and Luke's return to the Millennium Falcon. Ah, Star Wars...
Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters on December 14th in the UK and December 15th in the US.
