Hello nerds!

With a few shows remaining until the second season of Titans on DC Universe, we’ve got official word the series will indeed return for another go.

Yay.

The second season still underway, but the news of a third is great regardless. However, as exciting as this news is, there’s still plenty to be excited for from the remainder of the second season.

This season, with the occasional assist from Bruce Wayne played by Iain Glen, our young heroes have gone up against Dr. Light, each other, and they are still reeling from crossing swords and fists with super-soldier assassin, Slade Wilson/Deathstroke played by Esai Morales.

Not to mention, thanks to the arrival of Superboy, Mercy Graves and Cadmus are being setup as the big bads of the future. So, we’re only a lateral move away from seeing both Lex Luthor and Clark Kent/Superman. Which is just delightful.

With less than a handful of episodes to go the team still has to reunite to kick the ass of Deathstroke, and Dick Grayson is oh so very close to finally becoming Nightwing. Plus, there’s always an outside shot Bruce Wayne will suit up as Batman. One can dream.

Just like I am for a resurrection of Swamp Thing on HBO’s streaming service, but for now I’ll make due with the fantabulous looking Harley Quinn animated series.

DC Universe’s Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson/ex-Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand'r/Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth/Raven, Ryan Potter as Gar Logan/Beast Boy, Curran Walters as Jason Todd/current Robin, Conor Leslie as Donna Troy/Wonder Girl, Alan Ritchson as Hank Hall/Hawk, Minka Kelly as Dawn Granger/Dove, Chelsea Zhang as Rose Wilson and Joshua Orpin as Conner Kent/Superboy.

The third season of Titans premieres in the fall of 2020 on DC Universe.
