Where Is The Damn Spoon? The Trailer For Matrix Resurrections Has Arrived.

Hello nerds!

Warner Bros. has released the official trailer for The Matrix: Resurrections, and you might wanna buckle your brains in, because they’re about to go on a wild ride through the digital world. The highly-anticipated fourth entry to The Matrix franchise is quite possibly trying to fix some of the mistakes of the more than divisive third film (and previous final chapter in the franchise), The Matrix Revolutions.

From the trailer, we learn our beloved and badass hero Neo, now goes by Thomas, and he has no memory of who he really is or that he’s saved humankind on more than one occasion. Even worse, it looks like he’s been plugged back in to The Matrix. Oh, and the same grim fate seemingly applies to the love of his life and equally badass, Trinity.

However, not all hope is lost as young Morpheus and crew are out to set things right once again. Or for the first time. That part isn’t clear yet, as along with the usual groundbreaking FX and fight scenes we’ve come to expect from these films, the usual misdirection and mind-boggling twists look to have returned as well.

The Matrix: Resurrections starring Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Ann Moss, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Neil Patrick Harris, Jessica Henwick, Jonathan Groff and Jada Pinkett Smith hits theaters and HBO Max on December 22, 2021.

We sat down and watched some stuff. And then talked about it.

The fifth season finale of Rick and Morty, a trio Thors in Love & Thunder, what to do if facing a zombified Hulk, a look at The Final Girls and the wildly terrible 13 Ghosts, and Glenn Danzig's latest movie might be too teeny to be a flop. Enjoy!
