Alias Investigations Is On The Case. Marvel's Jessica Jones Returns!

Everyone's favorite foul-mouthed, superpowered private investigator returns in the second season of Marvel's Jessica Jones. Finally, right? Well, to mark the occasion we've got the first official trailer, synopsis and poster. The trifecta!

“Jessica Jones is back as New York City’s tough-as-nails private investigator. Although this time, the case is even more personal than ever before. Fueled by a myriad of questions and lies, she will do whatever it takes to uncover the truth.”

Such a great show! Jessica Jones Season 1 shines brightest amongst the other gems that Marvel and Netflix have put together, and looks to continue the trend with Season 2. On top of further exploring Jessica's more than cloudy past, there's also some universe connectivity with an implicit reference to the Defenders and a motherfucking explicit one to Captain America. It's about goddamn time! Maybe we're finally starting to see some small traces of the MCU at large, filtering into the Netflix shows. And as if that wasn't enough to excite you for Jessica's return, let me remind you, Kilgrave will be returning as well. It's an embarrassment of riches for fans of comic books and great television alike.  

Marvel's Jessica Jones Season 2 will be bingeable on Netflix on March 8, 2018.
