First, Spider-man. Next, Green Goblin? Kevin Feige Talks Norman Osborn's Possible Return

Hello friends!

Whether or not you've been to the cinema to check out Spider-Man: Homecoming, I'm sure you're curious if we're ever going to see Spidey's greatest nemesis on the big screen again. Well, in an interview with HeyUGuysMarvel Studios President Kevin Feige addressed the inclusion of Norman Osborn in the MCU adjacent Spidey-verse and it doesn't sound like there's any plans to include him. Yet.

We haven’t talked about that. What’s fun about this is it’s the first time Spider-Man is in the MCU. And the first time he’s played by an actor who is the age, essentially, Spidey was in the comics for so long. And, as Michael Keaton does with the Vulture, we get to explore villains we haven’t seen before. Spidey has an amazing rogues gallery, so at some point I think it might be interesting to revisit some of the characters we’ve seen in films before, but right now, we think there are a lot of new ones we haven’t played with yet.

If Tom Holland turns into the next Hugh Jackman, like he's expected to (playing the same superhero for almost 2 decades), then I think we'll definitely see the Osborns introduced somewhere his next trilogy of films. With some luck, we could see Spider-Man taking on the Green Goblin somewhere in the 2020s. As Captain America says, "Sometimes patience is the key to victory".
