He Might Be Gone, But The Legend Lives On. Stan Lee's Remaining MCU Cameos Teased
Hello nerds!
After yesterday’s heartbreaking news of the untimely passing of the creator of some of the greatest Marvel Comics ever, Stan Lee, we’re in for a bit of good news. Well, I’m happy to report the pop culture icon’s work in the Marvel CInematic Universe is not yet done.
In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige shares some words about the effect the legend would have upon the production when it was time for his cameo. Feige also confirms Stan Lee will indeed appear in a few more Marvel movies.
From the looks of the upcoming release schedule, “continue to do that”, they shall.
So far, it’s looking like Stan Lee will have cameos in the remaining movies of Phase 4, the MCU debut of Captain Marvel and the reality-shattering events of Avengers 4. And maybe since they’ve wrapped production on Spiderman: Far From Home, there’s an outside shot he’ll show up there as well.
Sadly, without the help of a CGI re-creation, the other movies joining Spidey in the next phase of the MCU (Black Panther and Doctor Strange) will be without The Generalissimo.
Face front, true believers!
