Mr. J, I Presume. The Joker Has Been Revealed For The Final Episode Of Fox's Gotham
Hello nerds!
With just two episodes remaining of my beloved Gotham, it looks as we’ve not seen the last of the most current version of The Joker, played fucking brilliantly by Cameron Monaghan.
If you watch Gotham, you know Monaghan has turned in unforgettable performances as the Valeska brothers, and their respective takes on the Joker. Besides Mark Hamill, Monaghan is easily the best person to have played the Joker. Ever. And many, assumed that after Jeremiah‘s seemingly unfortunate end at Ace Chemicals, he was done for on the show. As it happens, we were wrong.
For those unaware, the final episode of Gotham features a 10 year time jump, and we’ll see the fully realized versions of the members of Gotham’s seedy underground, to include the Riddler, Penguin, Selina Kyle aka Catwoman, and the Dark Knight. And now courtesy of a newly released teaser, not only do we see what happened to poor old Jeremiah after his toxic stewing, we find out what we can expect from him in Gotham’s future.
To put it mildly, the Joker, version.whatever, is fucking fantastic.
Gotham’s final episode, Legend of the Dark Knight: The Beginning premieres on April 25, 2019.
