Captain Marvel Meets The Avengers In Leaked Scene Description From Avengers:Endgame!

Hello nerds!

If you were among the millions who have seen Captain Marvel this past weekend, then you likely left the theater feeling a bit on the hopefully side. And if you haven’t then you may want lo turn away because there’s a heap of spoilers ahead.

Captain Marvel’s mid-credits scene saw some of the OG Avengers, at the Avengers compound and they’re trying to figure out exactly whom or what Nick Fury was trying to contact before he was dusted at the end of Infinity War. And after the cosmic pager shuts off, Captain Marvel makes herself known. Finally, right? Well, thanks to a very detailed description, we’ve got a pretty good idea about what happens next and it’s utterly marvelous.

Twitter user Scott Ladewig attended the Disney shareholders meeting and was fortunate enough to, scratch that, blessed enough to have bared witness to actual footage from Avengers: Endgame. And sweet fuck, does it sound amazing.

Not only does it continue from the oh so very tantalizing mid-credits scene from the utterly superb Captain Marvel, but it also confirms more than a few potential plot threads for the finale of every film we’ve seen in the MCU to date.

Oo-de-lally! Between the events of Captain Marvel and this footage description, there’s a lot to unpack there. And it’s all fantastic.

Like the fact Tony Stark and Nebula made it safely back to Earth and speaking of, where in the hell are Ant-Man and Iron Man during all of this? Has the Skrulls Secret Invasion already begun? We’re only a couple of weeks away from seeing The Avengers team up with Captain Marvel, and finally getting some a’s to our q’s.

And speaking of Captain Marvel, let’s take a moment to appreciate the brief glimpse we got at the good Captain in her new Endgame uniform from the aforementioned mid-credits scene.

Avengers:Endgame is in theaters in April 26, 2019.
