It's Like Batman:Year Negative One In The Trailer For Gotham's Final Season
Hello nerds!
The fifth and final season of my beloved Gotham looks to be going even more, if you’ll forgive me, bat shit crazy than they ever have. Which is really saying something and I can’t frickin’ wait.
The Riddler, Penguin, the Joker & Harley Quinn, Bane, Scarecrow and Poison Ivy are just a few of the villains who are fighting to control the current wasteland that is Gotham. And with only Jim Gordon and a handful of cops to stop them, it’s made exceedingly clear in the trailer that young Bruce Wayne will take the final steps towards becoming the Dark Knight.
Batman is almost here!
Shit yeah! I absolutely love this show and I cannot wait to see just how bonkers it gets in its final season. Plus, in the series finale when we get to see the full-on Caped Crusader. Bring that shit!
The longer this show has been on, the more it gives into the insanity that is Gotham from the comics, and it’s gotten better with each season. While I’m sad to see it go, these last 12 episodes should make for some wildly entertaining television.
Gotham:Legend of the Dark Knight premieres on January 3, 2019.
