So, That's What He Sounds Like. Here's An All-New Trailer For Child's Play 2019
Hello nerds!
Well, we finally get to hear what Mark Hamill aka Luke Skywalker sounds like as the new voice the new Chucky. Unfortunately, it might not be enough to warrant a trip to the theater to see the upcoming reboot of Child’s Play.
For those unfamiliar, this reboot of the cult classic film is putting a different twist on the possessed toy who’s out for revenge. This time around, Chucky is a "technologically-advanced doll", who can hack into other machines (made by the same company) and have them perform his murders and the like.
This movie already faced an uphill battle try and win over fans of the original franchise, and having Chucky basically be a more evil, waling Alexa is kind of lame. However, it does look like the mayhem the actual doll itself brings is terrifying. So, there’s that.
Child’s Play hacks its way into theaters on June 21, 2019.
