Old Half-Vampires Never Get Too Long In The Tooth. Wesley Snipes To Return As Blade?
Hello nerds!
If you're taste in movies is anything like mine, Blade starring Wesley Snipes holds a special place in your heart. Blade was one of the earliest and best offerings from Marvel Studios (produced by New Line), and for good reason.
Wesley Snipes was one of the biggest action stars of the 90s and Blade was a project he took very seriously. He not only starred in the Blade Trilogy, but he also produced all three and he he choreographed the fights on the first two. For those who haven't yet seen the them, they're all good in their own right. Arguably, the quality suffered in the second and third films, but hands down the best of the lot is the first one.
In an interview with VICE, Snipes was asked about a possible Blade 4 and it seems as though we haven't seen the last of him playined the Daywalker.
Now that is what one could call a pretty cagey response.
While Snipes doesn't outright state he's in talks with Marvel about bringing Blade into the MCU, it's heavily inferred. And for those who may need some further proof, please allow me to remind you just last last year, MCU President Kevin Feige spoke about the possibility of bringing Blade back and he sounded pretty excited for it.
So, obviously Wesley Snipes is totally coming back as Blade and it's going to blow our fucking minds. More as it develops.

The boys talk about Marilyn Manson's awful cover of "Cry Little Sister" from 1987's The Lost Boys (it's sh*t) and speaking of the beloved cult-classic vampire film, the most famous shirtless and oiled-up saxophonist of all-time has released his first solo album.
